Gilmour Residence
A contractor with a young family found a nice larger property in a very rural area and wished to reflect it in the design. I should have some pics soon, and the heavy use of sawn timber will be apparent.
Hindi Commercial
A small commercial project with the challenge of over 4' cross slope on a triangular corner lot. With brick a promenent feature of many of the newer buildings in the area we followed that theme. Though planning started out to suit a convenience store tenant, it ended up being made to suit upto 3 tenants. Link to leasing agent to be posted here later.
Langford Center
In an area where big-box stores are invading, the small stores of downtown Langford are leaving or at least leaving some of the older malls. This client is updating his building and focusing on his central location to bring and keep tenants. This project will soon be going to development permit process in Langford. This view is of the rear. Once I have a better rendering of the front it will be here as well.
SM Cycle
The Victoria BMW motorcycle dealer for Victoria. A small commercial project with the business and the owner's residence over. This was a reno of sorts with the mechanics shop left intact behind and the side by side showroom and residence replaced with wider up and down showroom and residence.
Tanner Ridge Pl.
A residence built by Windcrest Developments on spec. Very nice Valley views from all living areas.
