Residential & Commercial
A tenant improvement in a mall for a salon that does eastheics. A tricky triangular space and a client needing to shoehorn in a lot of activity spaces after having a larger space elsewhere. Private spaces for waxing, etc were very necessary so to conserve space such things as the nail tables were done in open plan with the reception and retail display.
A steel frame industrial building, on which I liasoned between my longtime client with an architect he was also aquainted with.
Nearing completion, some yard landscaping, sidewalk, etc still tobe completed but having the building ready for Christmas and spring rush was important in the motorcycle business. Also renderings shown on In-Progress page.
A Minister and his (Doctor) Wife, and growing young family, found a nice larger property in a very rural area and wished to reflect it in the design.
Nearing completion, and available for lease. Also renderings shown on In-Progress page.
