Commonly this means presenting the design to a board of variance or taking a larger development through the process of development permits and rezoning on owners behalf.  It may also entail presenting to community associations and other necessary consultation for a successful outcome. At times, the design may require coordinating landscape designers, civil engineers, arborists, etc ... We present to most councils and keep up on their expectations.
